Online Geography, Humanities and Sciences Tutors in the UK
Expert online tuition for (I)GCSE, A-Level and IB
The Geography Tutor provides specialist one-to-one online tutoring in Geography, humanities, and sciences to students across the UK. A fully qualified teacher teaches every lesson, and many of our tutors are Heads of Department and examiners, so they know exactly what it takes to pick up marks in the exam.
Geography is where we started, and it is still at the heart of what we do, from GCSE and IGCSE Geography to A-Level Geography and IB Diploma Geography. Our tutors also teach history, economics, business, psychology, politics, sociology, biology, chemistry, physics, maths, English literature and IB Environmental Systems and Societies.
Lessons take place live over Zoom or Teams and are planned around your child's exam board, whether that is AQA, Edexcel, OCR, CIE, WJEC/Eduqas or the International Baccalaureate. We support students with special educational needs (SEND), and parents and students stay in touch with their tutor through a shared WhatsApp group between lessons.

Pricing
All tuition for all levels and subjects, and consulting is charged at £65 per hour (£85 for university level) all inclusive. Lessons are primarily online via Zoom or Teams and often involve the use of an interactive online whiteboard and/or screen sharing.
Included with this price for each well planned lesson:
- resources including topic notes, diagrams, case studies, exam technique information, exam style questions and past papers
- marking & written feedback (within reason)
- ongoing student support via WhatsApp or email (within reason)
- ongoing parent feedback and updates via WhatsApp or email
- monthly progress reports
Note: there is a discounted rate of £60 per hour if 2 or more lessons are booked weekly across any subjects.
